Terrazio On-Site Model Grand Opening!

After many months of construction and much anticipation, we're finally on-site! Just this week we moved from our original sales center on Michigan Ave to the second floor of the Terrazio. We now have a finished lobby and two finished units, #225 and #204.  Please stop by this weekend to see what all the buzz is about... 1935 S. Wabash // 1pm - 4pm // SAT or SUN. Another home sold at Terrazio!

Sales at the Terrazio have been moving along well as yet another home sold this week. Congratulations to the (soon to be) new owners of unit#409! We're getting very close to the first closings with just a handful of weeks remaining. Current contract holders should reach out to their lenders at this time in preperation for a smooth closing. Were now FHA Approved / NEW upgrades to key building features

Thanks for following the Terrazio blog! We’ve got a few updates to cover so I’ll get to it. Construction is moving along nicely. We are still very much on track to deliver this fall.


We have experienced a large increase in potential buyer activity at the sales center. As a result, we have added a new sales team member, Chris Chevrie. Chris has many years of experience in residential real estate and she is a welcomed addition to the team. Speaking of the increased activity, I’d like to also welcome and congratulate our recent purchasers. It’s great to see new purchasers excited to buy once againJ 


We are now FHA Approved! This is great news for any current or prospective buyers looking for financing options. That means that there are now more financing options with down payments as low as 3.5%!

 


Also beneficial to both current and prospective buyers, we have some fantastic changes to announce for many of the building’s common elements. After a thorough review of other area developments and a review of our own features; the developer has decided to upgrade key building features. The intent is to truly set Terrazio apart as the premiere boutique styled, new construction building in the South Loop. Recent improvements to the building include... The original retail level façade was to be compromised of brick w/ stone accents. Now the entire retail façade has been upgraded to all natural stone. Included in this are the addition of decorative stone cornice pieces located at the top of the building. The lobbies have now been redesigned to feature a more upscale “Tuscan” tone. This includes the addition of even more natural stone, complimenting accents, and a new color palate. The Aria roof top lounge has also been expanded to include an even larger outdoor kitchen and specially designed lounge and dining areas.

Construction is moving rapidly!

Just a quick update for all who are wondering on the progress of construction. Things are REALLY moving! The building is now up to the top floor and we expect to have it topped off soon. Deliveries are expected to begin in October. The sales center is still located at 1454 S. March 2009 Construction Update

As Winter nears an end and Spring approaches the construction pace is increasing along with the number of warmer days. The vertical steel superstructure on the south tower is now reaching up to where the fifth floor will soon be. The pre-cast concrete deck is in place across the entire third floor of the building. The second floor masonry walls and interior cores are completely up and grouted. Masonry work continues to progress from south to north across the third floor deck.
